Terms of service

The agreement between you and the operator of this service — what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.

Replace with your reviewed terms before going live. The structure is scaffolded; the body copy inside each section is the part a lawyer fills in.

01Acceptance

By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

02Account & access

You're responsible for the security of your credentials and for activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

03Acceptable use

Don't use the service to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, or compromise its security. We may suspend access for violations after notice, or immediately when a violation is causing active harm.

04Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; refunds for partial periods are at our discretion.

05Your content

You retain ownership of the content you put into the service. You grant us the licence we need to operate the service on your behalf — storing it, transmitting it, displaying it back to you and your collaborators.

06Service availability

We aim to keep the service available but don't guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance windows and incident notifications go through the channels described in your account.

07Termination

You can close your account at any time from settings. We can terminate accounts for material breach of these terms with reasonable notice, or immediately for harmful activity.

08Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent the law allows. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits — they apply to you to the extent permitted.

09Changes

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the operator's place of establishment, unless mandatory consumer-protection law gives you broader rights.
